For those desiring a full-service virtual park assistant we book both your Lightning Lanes advance selections as well as day of booking. Your schedule is expertly crafted to reduce criss-crossing around the park and maximize the number of rides. We continue to book LLs throughout the day and modify plans as needed. Your entire plan is customize to your family’s goals. We can help with park navigation, suggestions for food, or any other questions you might need from a Disney expert. We are just a text away your entire park day. We can also help you track down a list minute dining reservation or experience such us Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

    For those needing itinerary consultation, but not full-service park assistance, Magical Days by Liz can help you create a custom, tailored strategic plan to maximize your time in the parks. Through a detailed intake form followed by a 30 minute planning phone call, we’ll make you feel prepared and confident on your park days. Note: this service is included in Full-service Virtual VIP Concierge

    NEW! For those wanting assistance booking their advance selections for Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass, we now offer this service. This can be added on to the Itinerary Consultation package and is included in Full-service Virtual VIP Concierge.

  • Magical Days by Liz’s experts are parents to children with special needs and have extensive experience in incorporating DAS into the park day. We are sensitive to the needs of neurodiverse park goers and can provide some tailored suggestions for your party members.

    Please note that Magical Days by Liz does NOT determine DAS eligibiity and cannot enroll in this service for you.

  • Magical Days by Liz truly cares about your trip and derives joy from making your day special.

    We aren’t just Lightning Lane reservation agents, we are Disney enthusiasts who can provide tips on park navigation, best snacks, best places to take a break, and more!

    Additionally, as parents of neurodiverse children, we have significant experience with the Disability Access System (DAS) and can help you incorporate DAS into your day. We are also mindful of the unique aspect that neurodiversity plays in a trip to the parks.

  • Magical Days by Liz is the ultimate “day of” travel assistant, but does not provide full service travel planning such as booking of hotels, flights, and park tickets. Please message me if you need recommendations as I know some great agents!

  • The cost of Magical Days by Liz’s full-service virtual park assistance is $300/group/day for Walt Disney World parks and $250/group/day for Disneyland parks. Discounts for 3 or more days are available. This does not include the cost of Lightning Lane Multi Pass ($18-$39 per person per day) or any Lightning Lane Single Passes ($11-$25 per person per ride). Peak holiday surge rates may apply, contact me for details.

    Itinerary consultation is $100/group/day, which is included in the fee for Full-service VIP clients

    Advanced Lightning Lane Booking is included for Full-Service VIP clients. It can be added to Itinerary Consultation for $75/group. As a stand alone service it can be booked for $100/group.

  • Hooray! Fill out the Booking Form under the ‘Contact’ tab or send an email to Liz@MagicalDaysByLiz.com. You can also message us on Facebook or Instagram.

    We’ll then have you fill out an information form and send an invoice. Invoice will be due within 3 days of receipt.

    After services are paid, we’ll schedule a phone consultation for Full-service and Itinerary Consultation clients to make sure your needs are being met.

    For those choosing Lightning Lane Advance Booking Selections as a stand alone service, we will communicate via email and you will be sent a detailed form to select your ride preferences.

  • Full-service clients: Full refund will be given if cancelled within 7 days of payment. 50% refund will be given if cancelled more than 7 days after payment. No refund will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of first park day.

    Itinerary Consultation and Lightning Lane Advance Selection Booking services: No refund will be given after services are rendered.
